My stay at GV Hotel in Cebu was a mixed experience. The rooms weren't that clean, but they had hot water, TV, internet, and my own terrace, even though they looked really old. The service was excellent, with very nice and welcoming staff, except for wanting to charge me extra for a torn pillowcase. The location was convenient, right in downtown Cebu, but the place had a funny smell and only the South Bus Terminal nearby as a highlight. The dining was good, although there were minor issues with the service.
